Location Management Services (LMS) Forms Alliance

with the National Association of Manufacturers

and Purchases the Site Selection Network (SSN)

LMS will Provide NAM Members with Site Selection and Incentives Negotiation, Management and Collection Services and Assume Management of the Site Selection Network

MISSION VIEJO, CALIFORNIA (October 7, 2005) — Location Management Services (LMS), a leading provider of world-class site selection, incentive negotiation and compliance management services, announced today that they have formed a strategic alliance with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).

LMS will offer site selection and incentives negotiation, management and collection expertise to NAM members and has also purchased and assumed the management of the Site Selection Network (SSN).

The SSN is a national information source for companies with plans to relocate or expand and assists companies by providing information on available buildings and ready sites.  The Site Selection Network is available to members of the NAM, as well as members of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, The American International Automobile Dealers Association and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors free of charge.

The Site Selection Network will be managed by Melissa Morse, who previously had responsibility for this service while employed at the National Association of Manufacturers.  Additional services and capabilities of the LMS team will gradually be added to the existing structure.

“I am very glad to add the SSN team to our already highly qualified and knowledgeable team of site selection professionals,” Said Jim Renzas President and CEO of LMS. “We are looking forward to the opportunity to help the members of NAM and our other clients grow and prosper through finding great sites and negotiating deals that benefit their bottom lines.”

By using SSN’s exclusive web-based process, companies are able to identify their requirements for a new location or expanded facility without revealing their identity. LMS then analyzes the various options presented and provides a summary of information to the company and assists them in determining the best location.

To date, LMS has cumulatively realized over $1.8 billion in incentives and tax credits as a result of successful negotiations and compliance management. During the last three years the LMS team has completed over 700 site selection and incentive negotiation projects.

“We have just finalized this agreement and already have a number of manufacturing projects looking for sites in the United States.  We look forward to helping the U.S. regain manufacturing jobs as the economy recovers. I look forward to a long and successful partnership with NAM.”

Founded in 2002, Location Management Services is the leader in site selection and incentive negotiations for corporate America. The company offers site selection and incentive management services to ensure that the optimum location for new corporate facilities is selected and all available tax credits and incentive programs are fully utilized.

The Site Selection Network is often used by members of the National Association of Manufacturers as a starting point in the search process. Economic development partners of the Site Selection Network consist of economic developers, utility companies, state departments, rural electric cooperatives and real estate brokers.

The National Association of Manufacturers is the nation’s largest industrial trade association, and represents small and large manufacturers in every industrial sector, in all 50 states. For more than 110 years the NAM has assisted its members with services such as taking action to reduce costs resulting from government policies, securing pro-growth policies and reducing operating costs.
