Incentives Negotiation and Management Services Can Save AHLA Members
Millions
Incentives that can be applicable to the hospitality industry include federal programs such as the Empowerment Zone tax credits, Federal Renewal Zones, New Market Tax Credits toward new construction, state investment, and job creation programs. There are additional special incentive programs designed to encourage rebuilding after a natural disaster.
LMS’ partnership with AH&LA will not only benefit those members whose properties were devastated by Hurricane Katrina. The 10,000 AHLA members nationwide will now have access to the services offered by LMS at reduced or no cost.
“We are pleased that the American Hotel and Lodging Association has selected LMS as its partner,” said Jim Renzas, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Location Management Services. “We look forward to saving its members millions of dollars in their rebuilding efforts and are excited that our experience and relationships enable us to help.”
LMS has cumulatively realized more than $2 billion in job creation and investment incentives for its clients, as a result of successful incentives negotiations and management. During the last three years, LMS completed more than 700 site selection and incentive negotiation projects.
