MISSION VIEJO, CALIFORNIA (September 07, 2005)— Location Management Services (LMS), a leading provider of world-class site selection, incentive negotiation and compliance management services, announced today that they have signed a contract with Gulf States Toyota (GST),the second largest Toyota distributor in the country.

not owned by Toyota Motor Sales. GST distributes
Location Management Services’ contract is to help Gulf States Toyota identify available tax credits and incentives for job creation and new investment in an area that has been heavily impacted by Hurricane Katrina and is sorely in need of economic re-investment.

To date, LMS has cumulatively realized more than $1.8 billion in job creation and investment incentives, as a result of successful negotiations and compliance management. During the last three years, LMS completed more than 700 site selection and incentive negotiation projects.
