October 2009	Jim Renzas, RSH Group Principal announced today the addition of an international finance arm providing acquisition and equity financing. "Our target industries will be biotechnology, automotive, electronics, medical device manufacturing, mineral and mining land acquisitions. We will also assist our finance partners with due diligence in existing commercial real estate and agricultural land outright purchases." Jim said. Bob Spence, RSH VP International, heading up this venture, added "Securing the necessary funding for business expansion, whether it is for facilities or product development, has been severely impacted by setbacks in the North American finance markets. We have international partners who are capable of bringing that funding for existing commercial real estate purchase, equity financing, or corporate acquisition." Bob comes to The RSH Group from an extensive Asian finance background, holding VP positions at Southern Pacific Bank, Kajima and Taisei Corporations.
October 2009	The California Association of Local Economic Development (CALED), representing over 700 city and county economic development organizations announced today that they have signed an exclusive agreement with The RSH Group to provide real estate asset management services and business retention programs to CALED members. Wayne Schell, CALED CEO/President, stated "The addition of these services allows our members to help existing companies in their communities strengthen their bottom line as California recovers from the current downturn." John Schuetz, RSH Group Principal added "The RSH Group is dedicated to bring cutting edge programs specific to the real estate asset management requirements of California's economic development community and their industry partners."
September 2009	The RSH Group has signed an exclusive agreement to provide Cost Segregation services to Jones Lang LaSalle, a worldwide leader in commercial real estate services with over 30,000 employees in 750 locations it was announced by John Schuetz, RSH Group Principal. "We are proud that Jones Lang LaSalle chose The RSH Group to be their cost segregation program administrator. Jones Lang LaSalle is known in the commercial real estate industry for providing the highest level of services to their client base." stated Mr. Schuetz. Mark Smith, Jones Lang LaSalle Executive Vice President, explained the process that added The RSH Group to the JLL client services menu. "In response to changing client expectations and market conditions, we assemble teams of experts who deliver intergraded services built on market insight and foresight, sound research and relevant market knowledge."
August 2009	Marc Berg, SIOR, NAIOP, has joined The RSH Group as Vice President, Project Management. Marc's focus will be on development of branded programs for the developer / broker markets, and will be the project manager for economic development organizations and utility company specialized business retention programs. "I am excited to work on the development of these out of the box real estate business solutions for our client base of developers, brokers, communities and utilities." Marc stated. Marc brings a diverse background in strategic planning, entitlements, architect/engineering review, and investment management. He has held VP positions at IBG, Mission Land Co., and Cushman& Wakefield.
